Digital Essix Package

The Digital Essix Package is a doctor-favorite, and a longstanding staple of our package options. This popular package features two sets of lab-quality essix, 3D models, and included bracket removal, and is perfect for having retainers ready to hand to your patient on their day of debond.

What It Includes 

The Digital Essix Package is available on a single arch or on both arches together. 

Each package includes: 

• Single Arch: Set of upper or lower lab-quality essix, bracket removal, and printed 3D Model
• Dual Arch: Set of upper and lower lab-quality essix, bracket removal, and printed 3D Model

In the prescription, you can modify your package to include 2,3,4,or 5 trays per arch, as you prefer for your individual treatment plan.  

Who It's Meant For

This package is ideal for patients who:

• Will be scanned before brackets / archwires come off 
• Want a backup retainer 
• Need retainers at the same appointment as debond
• Need additional options like a bonded retainer
• Need additional options like pontic teeth

Who It's Not Meant For

This package will not work for patients who: 

• Had a traditional impression taken 
• Were scanned after brackets were removed 
• Need retainers faster than our standard turnaround time 

How Does This Solution Fix My Problem? 

The Digital Essix Package works to eliminate an appointment by providing retainers on the day of debond. This package includes bracket removal, making the most efficient use of your chairtime by allowing you to scan prior to bracket removal, at the final check in appointment before debond. This package also gets ahead of the most common return visits - a lost retainer - by providing at least one backup retainer automatically.

How to Order 

To access the Digital Essix Package prescription, select the following options in your RX Wizard prescription: 

• Impression > Digital
• Type > Essix
• Category > Essix Retainer
• Appliance > Digital Essix Package 

In the Required section, choose: 

• The number of trays per arch in your package
• Your preferred material  
• Your preferred retainer trim style 

In the Addons section, choose: 

• To add a Custom Sports Mouth Guard
• To add a bite plane to each retainer 
• To reset select teeth into an ideal position
• To add a bonded retainer
• To add a pontic tooth to each retainer 

Select your Due Date (the date the case should be back in your office by), click Continue, and hit Submit to Lab.
